With winning the agroscope cup pig 2019 from ForFarmers and Reudink.
We are very happy that these Lianol Basdiar users are rewarded for their excellent results and sustainable business operations.
They keep 2900 sows and this at four locations. Both laureates work together with six full-time employees. Everyone has their own field of expertise and responsibilities.
These winners produce 35.4 weaned piglets per sow per year and this per full-time worker. Their attention to humans and animals is admirable, but they succeed in perfectly combining this with result orientation and efficiency. Typical for the Schrieks-Martens company is that the piglets are raised as much as possible at the sow, without feeding systems.
